Islam is religion of peace of wishes all humanity to be safe. It wishes to protect all creatures especially human. It guides humans in all directions & fields of life. It wishes peace, happiness and prosperity for all humanity. There is no field in which it does not guide and has no rules and norms. The Holy Quran repeatedly stresses on travelling as Allah says to travel on the earth to look how the end of liars was. The Holy Prophet’s (SAW) life is full of travelling like Madina Hijrah, travelling for Hajj, travelling to Taif and so on. This all shows that travelling is very important in Islam so that’s why it’s rules and ethics have been given to follow these teachings , rules and norms during travelling. This research examines the Islamic principles, religious rulings, and ethical guidelines regarding travel as derived from the Qur’an and Sunnah. It explores the linguistic and technical definitions of travel, outlines Shariah-based etiquettes, highlights spiritual and social dimensions, and discusses the challenges of modern-day travel. The study concludes that Islamic travel ethics provide a comprehensive and balanced framework suitable for both traditional and contemporary contexts.
