OPEN ACCESS, LICENSING & COPYRIGHT POLICY

Open Access Statement:

AL-USWA Research Journal is a fully Open Access journal, which means that all articles are available on the internet to all users immediately upon publication. Non-commercial and commercial use and distribution in any medium are permitted, provided the author and the journal are properly credited.

Licensing (Creative Commons):

All articles published in AL-USWA are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license.

• This license allows others to distribute, remix, adapt, and build upon your work, even commercially, as long as they credit the original creation.

• This ensures maximum dissemination and visibility of the published research.

Copyright Policy:

• Author Retains Rights: Authors retain the copyright of their work and grant the journal the right of first publication.

• Self-Archiving: Authors are permitted and encouraged to post their work online (e.g., in institutional repositories or on their website) after publication, as it can lead to productive exchanges, as well as earlier and greater citation of published work.

Publication Rights:

While authors retain copyright, the journal "Al-Manhal" holds the formal publication rights for the version of record. Any subsequent republishing of the article in other journals or books must clearly acknowledge its original publication in AL-USWA Research Journal.
